I like the small diner atmosphere but my breakfast was nothing special. At 6.95 it really wasn't good priced either. Not sure I would go back.

Was on week long motorcycle trip. When looking for a place for breakfast, asked someone for a good place to eat. Without hesitation, he said Rosie's. Once we went there, we returned for the rest of week for breakfast every morning! Rosie's has great food with many choices. The wait staff was very nice. Everything about the place was great!

The food is not good, just a bunch of grease from, worst of all, vegetable oil. My hashbrowns were burnt and so was my bacon. I even gave the place a few chances and, each time, I was disappointed with a belly ache. I understand this is a greasy-spoon type place, but it was very dirty. The owner took care of our bill and didn't even thank us or smile. I won't go here again.

This is the original American diner. The food isn't outstanding but it is as Midwest blue collar as it gets and the price is right.

This place is CUTE. Clean, cozy, everything you want to feel on a Saturday morning for brunch. Seat yourself. I got the veggie omelet with hollandaise sauce and really enjoyed it. If you don't want to get stuck in downtown traffic or places with long wait-times, this is a great place to go.

If you are into small, friendly, hometown diners, that serve delicious, cheap, made from scratch breakfast foods, then this is your place! It's quaint, kitschy, and welcoming. Try the apple pancakes. If you don't like Rosie's, maybe breakfast just isn't your thing. No judgement, but I'm judging you a little.

Perfect little diner in La Crosse. If you are looking for something simple, not gourmet, you will be impressed. This is a great little diner that I would suggest to any newcomer to the area. One of my favorite spots for breakfast.

We have eaten here several times and had a good breakfast so when a friend suggested we stop for lunch I recommended Rosie's. A big mistake. Our waitress was fine, however another waitress had her child there, while the waitress was checking the salts and peppers at the tables, she also checked the child's diaper and said something that implied a dirty diaper. She continued with checking tables. Them she gave the child something like candy which she began to choke on and the child vomited right by the cash register. The mother threw a rag over it and took the child to change, leaving the mess on the floor. When she returned she sat the child on the countertop. I for one found this very unappetizing and unsanitary. I will not go there again due to this.

Without question the best breakfast place in lacrosse. Full flavored food is accented by the restaurants nostalgic diner feel. This place would out do breakfast at home any day.
